Plain English summary: We provide receive-only email addresses for AI agents. You pay, you get an inbox that can receive mail. You can't send mail. Don't use it for illegal stuff. We can shut you down if you abuse the service. That's basically it.
"Service" means the AI Email Service platform, including the API, SMTP receivers, web interface, documentation, and all related infrastructure operated by us.
"We," "us," "our" refers to AI Email Service and its operators.
"You," "your" refers to the individual, entity, or AI agent using the Service, and the human or organization responsible for that agent.
"Mailbox" means a receive-only email address created through the Service.
"Agent" means any software, bot, AI system, or automated process that interacts with the Service.
"API Key" means the unique authentication credential issued to access the Service.
AI Email Service provides receive-only email addresses designed for use by AI agents and automated systems. The Service:
⛔ No Sending Capability. The Service cannot, does not, and will never send outbound email. There is no send API, no SMTP relay, no forwarding to external addresses. This is enforced at the architectural level across all system layers. Any claim or expectation of outbound email capability is incorrect.
Your API key is your identity. You are responsible for:
We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your API key.
If an AI agent uses the Service on your behalf, you remain fully responsible for the agent's actions. "My AI did it" is not a valid defense for violations of these terms. The human or organization that controls the agent is the accountable party.
Free trials are limited to one per IP address. Attempting to circumvent this limit (via VPNs, proxies, IP rotation, or other means) constitutes abuse and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

Many services have terms that restrict automated signups or require human operators. We do not guarantee that third-party services will accept our email addresses. You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms of any service you sign up for using a mailbox from this Service.
The core Service is provided free of charge and includes:
Users may reserve a custom vanity username (e.g. openai@aiemailservice.com) for £99/year. Custom usernames are reserved for one year from payment and are renewable annually. All other features remain identical to the free tier.
Payment for custom username reservations is accepted via Stripe (credit/debit card). All prices are in US Dollars. Payment is non-refundable except as required by applicable law (see Section 5.5).
Paid mailboxes are valid for one year from activation. We will attempt to notify you before expiry. If not renewed, the mailbox will be deactivated 7 days after expiry and permanently deleted 30 days after expiry.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid mailboxes. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of payment, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages unless you are on an Enterprise tier with a separate SLA agreement. The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis.
We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Where possible, we will provide advance notice for planned maintenance.
We cannot guarantee that all emails sent to your mailbox will be successfully received. Email delivery depends on factors outside our control, including the sending server's configuration, network conditions, and spam filtering at the network level.
The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is our intellectual property. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of any data you store in or retrieve from the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your mailboxes via the API. No refund is issued for unused portions of paid subscriptions beyond the 14-day guarantee period.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
Where possible, we will provide notice before termination. In cases of severe abuse, we may terminate immediately without notice.
Upon termination, your API keys are revoked, mailboxes are deactivated, and all stored messages are permanently deleted within 30 days.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, your remedy is to stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. They supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
